Louisa M. or Louise as she was known was born on january 20, 1879 in Wehr, Baden. In 1880 her father left for Dayton, OH, USA to find work to support his growing family. In 1881 her mother Maria, her new sister Deanie and Louisa emmigrated to Dayton, OH to join her father.
We beleive that they immigrated with Johann's brother Joseph, arriving in New York from LaHarve on 6/16/1881.
Louise married John H. Daum.
From Federal census records we know:
In 1900 Louise and John Daum were married and living with her father's family in Dayton, OH.
In 1910 they were living in Dayton Ward 9, With 3 children.
In 1930 they were living in Dayton, OH with son Bernard (21) and Paul Daum (78).
